HIRA ( Hazard Identification and Risk Assesment ) atau dalam bahasa Indonesia Identifikasi Bahaya dan Penilaian Risiko (IBPR) yang bertujuan untuk :

  • Membuat suatu sistem untuk
    mengidentifikasi dengan sistematis semua Bahaya dan Aspek Lingkungan yang ada
    di setiap Job Site.
  • Membuat sistem untuk menilai
    secara sistematis Risiko dan Dampak Lingkungan yang terkait dengan Bahaya dan
    Dampak Lingkungan yang telah diidentifikasi.
  • Memastikan bahwa terdapat Rencana
    Pengendalian yang tepat untuk mengurangi risiko sampai ke tingkat yang dapat
    diterima.
